Nearly 2,000 enterprises newly established
(BNP) - According to Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 10 months of 2020, 1,955 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of more than VND 18,945 billion; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 9.7 billion.

In October, 199 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of more than VND 1,752 billion; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 8.8 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 99.2%, ranking 5th nationwide.
Also in10 months, the province issued registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 620 affiliated units; carried out dissolution procedures for 188 businesses and 221 affiliated units; 252 enterprises converted their operation; 621 enterprises and 102 affiliated units registered suspension of operation; 368 businesses and 47 affiliated units registered to operate again.
Until now, there are 17,849 in operation with a total registered capital of more than VND 269,208 billion; average registered capital per enterprise reached VND 15.1 billion. Among which, there are 524 private enterprises; 9,811 One Member Limited Liability Companies; 4,839 Limited Liability Companies with Two or More Members; 2,674 Joint-stock companies and 01 Partnerships.
