Provincial leaders offer incense to commemorate heroic martyrs
(BNP) - On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - 2024), a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and Delegation of National Assembly Deputies led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, PPC’s Secretary and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies offered incense at the Provincial Monument of the Heroes and Martyrs on the afternoon of July 26.

Joining the delegation were Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent People's Council; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations and Bac Ninh city.
To commemorate the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, party committees at all levels, authorities, agencies, departments, branches, unions, and socio-political organizations from the province to the grassroots have organized a variety of practical activities to express gratitude to the families of martyrs, wounded soldiers, youth volunteers, frontline workers, and people who have made revolutionary contributions in the province.
Provincial leaders laid a wreath with the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs," expressing gratitude and pride for those who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, as well as the happiness of the people.
Provincial leaders spent a minute of silence to honor the heroic sacrifices and offered their respect and condolences to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, an excellent leader who dedicated his entire life to the country and its people.
