Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan inspects construction site of Ring Road 4 project

(BNP) – On November 16, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Steering Committee of the Ring Road 4 project - Hanoi capital region inspected the construction site of the investment project - Hanoi capital region.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, leaders of relevant departments, sectors and the People’s Committee of Thuan Thanh town.

The component project 2.3 of Ring Road 4 - Capital region was launched on November 10 in Ngu Thai commune (Thuan Thanh town) for the route section from Km77+250 (adjacent to Hung Yen province) to Km88+750 (intersecting with National Highway 38), Thuan Thanh town with a length of 11.5km.

Immediately after the project was launched, the Traffic Construction Project Authority and the Department of Transport (investors) urged the contractors to make a detailed plan that ensures the capacity of human resources, materials, equipment and machinery for construction. Relevant departments, sectors and localities promoted propagation as well as organized dialogues so that people consent to hand over the premises.

Until now, 87.12% of the area serving the project were recovered and cleared; 180/2,658 graves were moved. The total value of disbursement to the localities reached more than VND 1,000 billion, ensuring the committed progress.

Directly inspecting the construction site in Ngu Thai commune (Thuan Thanh commune), Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan acknowledged and appreciated the efforts of relevant departments, sectors and localities, especially Thuan Thanh town’s drastic participation in the early construction site.

Tuan requested the investors frequently urge, supervise and direct the contractors to concentrate human resources, materials, and equipment to speed up the construction progress, ensure labor and traffic safety at the construction site.

He also asked the investors to closely work with the localities with the passing routes in implementing the work of site clearance, especially the removal of graves, electrical and water works, residential land and so on.
