(BNP) – The Provincial People's Committee agreed to the policy of adjusting the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 "Urban and service area west of Cho town, subdivision A" of Yen Phong commune and Van Mon commune, Bac Ninh province at the request of the Department of Construction.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the planning adjustment must ensure the structure, ratio, density, etc. according to current regulations and standards and be more suitable and positive than the approved planning at a higher level; encourage and consider mandatory planning adjustments in a better direction such as increasing the proportion of water surface, trees, traffic, reducing construction density; mandatory application of "permeable" and ecological urban construction solutions, surface drainage axis of the entire area by open canals, calculating indicators to ensure adequate compensation for the volume of urban surface water compared to the current status of agricultural land; favorable planning for all situations if wastewater treatment at the source is applied.
The Chairman assigned the Department of Construction to preside over, coordinate, and guide investors in organizing the preparation of detailed planning adjustments and submit them to competent authorities for appraisal and approval according to regulations./.
