The objective of the Plan is to effectively implement policies to support the development of collective economy and cooperatives in the new period in order to comprehensively innovate the content and forms of cooperation and association suitable for each region and field; pay attention to training and building a team of qualified and capable cooperative managers and executives; develop collective economy in both breadth and depth, with special attention to improving the quality of operations, supporting the improvement of material and spiritual life for members and workers in cooperatives; support the development of effective cooperative models, becoming models for replication and attracting people, organizations and businesses to participate or associate with cooperatives.
By 2026, the province strives to establish at least 115 new cooperatives, attracting about 600 - 650 new members; the number of cooperatives operating with good and fairly good performance will increase by 6 - 7% compared to 2025; about 100 cooperatives will apply high technology in production and business activities. The revenue of cooperatives will increase by 10% compared to 2025. Organize at least 10 training courses to improve the qualifications of key cooperative staff. At least 30 cooperatives will be supported to participate in activities, link trade promotion, expand markets; 25 newly established cooperatives will be supported to build packaging, labels, stamps to trace the origin of products, goods, electronic websites, etc.
