(BNP) – On the morning of March 10th, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son met and worked with Mr. Andy Lin, Vice President of Cooler Master Group.

During the meeting, Mr. Andy Lin provided information on the operations of Cooler Master Co., Ltd. in Bac Ninh. The company received its initial investment registration certificate in January 2023 and adjusted its capital increase in December 2024, with a total investment to date of USD 200 million. The project is being implemented on an area of 10 hectares in Gia Binh Industrial Park, specializing in the production of heat dissipation modules for artificial intelligence (AI) servers, machine learning systems, and liquid-cooled precision refrigeration cabinets for data centers. To date, the first phase of the project became operational in July 2025, employing about 1,300 workers. The company expects to use around 5,000 employees in 2026 as production expands.
Specifically, the company plans to expand by approximately 100 hectares of land in Gia Binh 1 Industrial Park to develop new factories, gradually building a global supply chain with Bac Ninh as a production base. Besides the production area, the company also proposes building housing for workers, along with specialized housing for managers, experts, and workers to ensure long-term living conditions. If the plan is approved and fully implemented, Cooler Master's total investment in Bac Ninh could reach approximately USD 3 billion.

During the meeting, Mr. Andy Lin proposed that Bac Ninh continue supporting the company through tax incentives and favorable land lease or purchase prices. He also requested assistance with administrative procedures related to the construction of training centers and residential facilities, as well as streamlined procedures during project implementation.
For his part, Chairman Pham Hoang Son welcomed the Group's interest in working with him and expressed gratitude for Cooler Master's confidence in Bac Ninh province's investment enviroment. He confirmed that Bac Ninh is facing numerous development prospects, particularly after establishing an ecosystem for the development of chips, semiconductor technology, and other high-tech fields. In terms of infrastructure, Bac Ninh is partnering with the central government to build Gia Binh International Airport, a 4F airport with 5-star standards with the goal of becoming one of the world's top ten airports. The airport's first phase of operations is anticipated to begin by the end of 2027.

Regarding the Group's proposals, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that CAPELLA Real Estate Joint Stock Company, which invests in and develops the infrastructure of Gia Binh Industrial Park, collaborate and discuss with Cooler Master Group in order to reach the most reasonable price.

On the other hand, Chairman Pham Hoang Son stated that the province is also implementing policies to directly support students and teaching experts in this field. He pledged to provide maximum support to the Group. He also requested that the Group promptly develop a dormitory for its employees and provide a detailed plan for each investment phase.
The Chairman assigned the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority as the focal point to guide and facilitate the Group's investment activities in the province.
