Implementing Plan No. 17-KH/TU dated July 31, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on responding to the 10th National Press Award on Party Building (Golden Hammer and Sickle Award) in 2025 in order to continue to widely spread the meaning of the Award, encourage the discovery and introduction of many quality press works, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requests the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, Party Committees of communes and wards to direct and widely disseminate the 10th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award in 2025.
Organize to post the Plan and Rules of the Award on the electronic information page of the agency, unit; propagate on the grassroots radio system. Encourage cadres, party members and people to actively respond and participate: create favorable conditions for reporters, journalists and collaborators to access information and documents to serve the construction of works participating in the Award.
The Association of Journalists, the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television shall promote propaganda, guidance and encouragement for cadres, reporters, members, editors and press collaborators to actively respond to and participate in the Award. Based on the Award Rules, the Organizing Committee will select works that have won high prizes in the Than Nhan Trung Press Award, the Ngo Gia Tu Press Award and works that have been published and broadcast in the provincial press to submit to participate, ensuring criteria and quality.
Proactively collect works and send them to the Standing Office of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award (Communist Magazine, No. 28, Tran Binh Trong, Nguyen Du Ward, Hanoi. Phone: 024-39429844. Summarize the results (number of authors, works, types...) participating in the Award and send them to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission before November 15, 2025 to report to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Office and the Central Organizing Committee.
