The project encompasses around 9.6 hectares and has a total investment of more than 528 billion VND. It focuses on the manufacturing of steel structures and mechanical processing, such as forging, stamping, rolling, and metal treatment and coating. Regarding the project's progress, 7.58/9.6 hectares (78.95%) of land have been cleared. 4.8 hectares of land were leased in the first phase, and development of project components is currently proceeding on the leased land area in accordance with the design papers and construction permission.

The representative from Bac Giang International Logistics Co., Ltd. requested the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies to support and guide the completion of procedures, infrastructure connection, and implementation of phase 2; and to facilitate the adjustment of the investment certificate and the return of 50% of the deposit to supplement capital for project implementation; and to separate the land plot into an independent social housing project.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh agreed with the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, directing the adjustment of the deadline for receiving the land transfer to February 27th, and guiding the investor to carry out the procedures to request the competent authority to revoke the land use rights.
Regarding the project “Infrastructure and Warehouses for the Bac Giang International Logistics Center", Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh assigned relevant departments and agencies to study the investor's proposals; and to support and create favorable conditions for the investor to implement the project smoothly and effectively.
