150 athletes participate in Provincial Youth and Children's Football Tournament in 2023
(BNP) - On July 18, at the Provincial multi-purpose gymnasium, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes to teams participating in Bac Ninh Youth and Children’s Football Tournament in 2023.

This year’s football tournament attracted 150 athletes of 15 teams from 08 districts, towns, cities and Provincial Youth Activity Center.
Teams competed in a 5-person field format at 2 ages of U12 teenager and U10 children, each age divided into 2 groups to compete round-robin tournament and calculate points; semi-finals and knockout finals.
Organizing Committee awards the best executive referee team of the tournament.
After 6 competing days (from July 13 to July 18), U10 team of Luong Tai district and U12 team of the Provincial Youth Activity Center excellently won the champion trophy.
At the end of the Tournament, Organizing Committee awarded trophy, medals to First, Second, Third, Consolation and sub-prizes.

Youth and children's football tournament is a healthy playground for teenagers and children so that they have opportunity to exchange, learn, unite to create a spread, promote the movement of physical training and competition in sports among the young generation. At the same time, creating conditions to exchange and learn to improve the level of organization, training and competition for officials, coaches and athletes, thereby, contributing to promoting the movement "All people exercise their body according to the great Uncle Ho's example".
