Approval of 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for Concentrated Information Technology Park of Bac Ninh province

According to the Decision, the Provincial People’s Committee approved the 1/2000 scale Zoning Plan of Sub-Zone No. 32 - Bac Ninh Concentrated IT Park in Bac Ninh city and Tien Du district, with an area of ​​about 258.86 hectares (compared to the planning task of about 4.64 hectares); the expected number of workers in the planning area is about 20,000 people.

Bac Ninh province’s Concentrated IT Park consists of 02 main sub-zones. Specifically, the sub-zones of the functions and tasks of the IT Park include: Production and business area of ​​IT products and services; Research - development, consulting, training, IT incubator area; Office area, headquarters for management and operation; Area of ​​key technical infrastructure works such as electricity, water, telecommunications, environmental treatment, fire prevention and fighting and other technical infrastructure; Exhibition, fair, exhibition, product introduction and communication area; Mixed-use area.

The sub-zones providing services for the IT Park include: Ecological zone and people’s service zone; Financial zone or financial and banking linkage zone; Residential zone serving experts working in the IT Park; Other functional zones providing services for the IT Park.

For space and landscape architecture, the development of space according to external traffic routes, main routes in the planning area and around the planning area are organized; central areas and key works according to main traffic routes and key functional area spaces are identified; green parks and water surfaces are arranged to form the core of the planning area, combining the traffic network, creating a corridor connecting the main functional areas of the IT Park, and being the “green lung” of the entire area, thus ensuring a common service radius for the planning area. At the same time, open spaces are organized for easy access, connecting with the space of the subdivision providing services for the IT Park and the green park, sports and water surfaces.

The traffic system is planned synchronously, connected with the traffic system of neighboring areas to form a complete traffic network with road levels from regional and inter-regional roads to connect with provincial and national highways.
