Infrastructure of Yen Phong Industrial Park II-A

As a result, the administrative boundaries of Tam Giang commune and Hoa Tien commune, Yen Phong district, include Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park. The Ca Lo river dike borders the north; cultivated fields and National Highway 3 border the east; the Ca Lo river dike borders the west; and Yen Vi village farming fields and National Highway 18 border the south.

The planning scale is approximately 158.81ha, of which the industrial zone area is around 151.27ha and the cemetery return area is approximately 7.54ha.

The goal is to concretize the project's content on modifying construction planning in Bac Ninh province to 2035, with a vision to 2050, and the general planning project of Yen Phong II industrial park. It will thereafter serve as a legal foundation for construction investment and construction management for future developments in the industrial park.

This is a clean industrial park in terms of nature, with attention given to businesses such as electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, supporting industries, innovative materials, equipment manufacture...

The IP's primary functional regions include: land for the development of factories and warehouses; land for the construction of operator and service residences; concentrated green spaces, isolated green trees; highways, parking lots, and essential technical infrastructure works. The placement and size of the functional areas are consistent with the approved Yen Phong II Industrial Park General Planning proposal and are linked to one another via traffic axes in the Industrial Park.

The works in the industrial park are designed using modern architecture and are combined with industrial activities and service facilities. Operational and service buildings have 3-9 stores of height; factory and warehouse buildings have 1-7 floors of height, providing the demands of firms in the industrial park for management, administration, and manufacturing.
