(BNP) - In the afternoon of September 4th, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company on situation of investment, production and business and daily-life water supply in the province.

Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company is managing and operating 8 water plants in the province, providing 66,800 m3/day and night for 77,099 customers in Bac Ninh city, Que Vo district; Cho township (Yen Phong district); Gia Binh township, Dong Cuu commune, Lang Ngam commune (Gia Binh district); Lim township, Noi Due commune (Tien Du district); Thua township, Tân Lang commune (Lương Tai district) with a turnover of over VND 80 billion in the first 7 months.
In 2019, the company has completed and put into use the Bac Ninh city surface water plant with a capacity of 30,000m3/day and night; Clean water tank for Gia Binh Town Water Plant. Besides, there are some projects the process of construction.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh praised the achievements of Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company in speeding up the construction progress of Bac Ninh City Surface Water Plant project in the second period.
In the coming time, the Chairman of requested Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company to continue strengthening, controlling water quality, making a plan to supply safe water in all its factories, thereby, ensuring water quality for people in the province.
He assigned the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant departments and branches in propagating the use of clean water sources to people in the whole province in order to raise the awareness of protecting and using water sources effectively and economically.
The Chairman urged the construction sector to make a project of clean water supply to 2030 to be able to meet the clean water source to serve people in the future.
On this occasion, the Chairman awarded the Certificate of Merit to 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the direction and supervision of the construction of the Bac Ninh City surface water plant with a capacity of 30,000m3/day and night in the second phase.
