Conference on evaluating progress of implementing tasks of Project 06 and smart medical kiosk solution held
(BNP) - On December 5, Mr. Le Xuan Loi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee chaired the conference on evaluating the progress of implementing the tasks of Project 06 and smart medical kiosk solutions at medical facilities.
Overview of the conference.
According to the report of the Department of Health, up to now, the implementation of the tasks of Project 06 in the health sector has achieved certain results, the implementation of tasks and targets has been basically completed according to plan. Specifically, 7/7 targets set by the Department of Health have been completed, the rate of non-cash hospital fee payment reached 53.18%; registration of accommodation for inpatients reached 96.20%; registration for health insurance examination by citizen identification card reached 95.34%. The tasks of connecting birth certificates, death certificates, driver’s health examination certificates, signing work records, cleaning vaccination data and signing vaccine passports have maintained at approximately 100%.
For the implementation of smart medical kiosk solution, 9 health sector units in coordination with HDBank have signed contracts to deploy, install and put into use smart medical kiosk in the near future. However, HDBank has not supported the technical solution to connect with the HIS software (Hospital Information System) of the units, so they have not implemented yet.
At the conference, representatives from the provincial hospitals and medical centers of districts, towns, cities, sectors and coordinating units discussed difficulties and obstacles in implementing health insurance registration using citizen identification cards; cashless payment of hospital fees and coordination with banks in implementing smart medical kiosk solution.
Based on the delegates’ opinions, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi requested the Department of Health and units in the industry to continue to synchronously deploy solutions to maintain and achieve the goals and targets of Project 06, identifying this as a key and urgent task of the industry, focusing resources on implementation.
