Delegation of Nghe An province visits and works in Bac Ninh

The delegation of Nghe An province pays a visit to the Provincial Public Administrative Center

Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Trinh Huu Hung, Chief of Provincial People's Committee Office and leaders of a few relevant departments.

Over the past years, the administrative procedure control and reform in the province have been synchronously and efficiently implemented through focusing on the conducting the one-stop shop and one-stop-shop-inter-agency mechanisms in dealing with administrative procedures to facilitate people and businesses. Especially, the establishment of the Provincial Public Administration Center under the Provincial People's Committee and 08 District’s Public Administration Centers has confirmed the province's strong progress in administrative reform, creating an attractive investment environment, boosting the process of socio-economic development in the province.

So far, there have been 1,298 administrative procedures of 17 departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee and 04 central agencies located in the province applied in the Provincial Public Administration Center. The rate of returning results of records has decreased markedly from 5-7% to less than 1%. One of the differences of Bac Ninh province is that there are 14 out of 17 specialized agencies applying fee collection at the public administrative center with a total of 404 kinds of fees and charges; Sending a message informing the results of the settlement of the administrative procedure to citizens and enterprises. At present, the Provincial Public Administrative Center is submitting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval 134 administrative procedures for on-the-spot implementation.

At the meeting, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Trinh Huu Hung and relevant departments exchanged and answered questions that Nghe An’s delegation was concerned about such as organizational structure, personnel of the Public Administration Center; the management, operation, funds and application of information technology in public administrative centers; the selection of administrative procedures of central agencies located in the locality; the coordination mechanism between the Public Administration Center and other departments; The process of settling dossiers of citizens and enterprises; and difficulties and problems in the investment and construction process of the Provincial Public Administration Center.

Expressing the gratitude to Bac Ninh province for the warm welcome, on behalf of the delegation, Deputy Chief of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Office Ho Xuan Bay affirmed that the sincere, open share at the meeting would be the precious experiences to help Nghe An build public administrative centers in the coming time. At the same time, he would like to continue to receive the cooperation, support and assistance of Bac Ninh province in all fields, thereby, increasingly tightening the good relationship between Bac Ninh and Nghe An.
