Fixing a cut of at least 20% on business expenses and conditions
(BNP) - This is one of the goals of Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP on an action program to reduce and simplify regulations related to production and business activities in the period of 2020-2025.

Following the Resolution, in the period from 2020 to 2025, the Government requires ministries and agencies to cut and simplify at least 20% of regulations and cut at least 20% of the cost of compliance with regulations related to business activities in the documents are in effect until the end of 5/31/2020; to minimize the number of current documents with regulations related to business activities falling under the jurisdiction of ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, the Prime Minister and the Government; strictly control the promulgation of legal documents related to business activities; prevent the creation of unnecessary, unreasonable and illegal regulations and causing difficulties to the business activities of enterprises and people.
In the forthcoming time, in 2020, the Government urges ministries and agencies to focus on building and putting into use statistical software, reviewing regulations related to business activities; training and improving the capacity for ministries, ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies to make statistics, calculate compliance costs, review and assess regulations related to business activities.
The Prime Minister asked the leaders of ministries and agencies to inventory, review, calculate the cost of compliance, reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities, including regulations on administrative procedures (including regulations on reporting); provisions on requirements and conditions in business activities; regulations on specialized inspection of import and export goods; regulations on standards and technical regulations in current legal documents.
He also asked the People's Committees of the central provinces and cities to promptly reflect and propose difficulties, problems and shortcomings in the implementation of regulations related to business activities to ministries and branches; promote the propagation and effective implementation of one-stop-shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures…
