Infrastructure of Yen Phong II Industrial Park

The planned area of Yen Phong II Industrial Park (IP) is 1,200 ha, of which 1,000 ha is for the industrial zone and 200 ha is for the urban area. It is subdivided into three sections: Subdivision A is located west of National Highway 3 and has an area of 151.27 ha; subdivision B is located between Highway 3 and Provincial Road 277 and covers an area of 282.67 ha; and subdivision C is located east of Provincial Road 277 and covers an area of 221.06 ha. The subdivisions are organized with full functions and are linked to one another via the external traffic axis and the IP framework technical infrastructure.

Location: Yen Phong II Industrial Park is located on the Bac Ninh - Noi Bai route, which connects to National route 18. 38 km from Hanoi's city, 22 km from Noi Bai International Airport, 145 km from Hai Phong, 145 km from Lang Son border gate...easy access to seaports, airports, trains, and roadways.

In terms of traffic, the industrial park's road system is designed in the shape of a checkerboard square with a large load, ensuring convenient access to each land lot; main road 32m with 4-6 lanes; internal road 23m with 2 lanes. Internal road design like this facilitates easy mobility of workers and commodities in and out of the IP.

Concerning the electricity supply: The national grid supplies power. A phase I transformer station with a capacity of 40MVA and a low voltage of up to 22kv is provided to the position of the nearest power pole to the land lot boundary. The line system is completely designed, ensuring connection to each land lot and fulfilling the production demands of each firm in the industrial park.

Concerning water supply, the industrial park's water plant has a capacity of 6,000m3/day. It is expected that the water supply capacity would be enhanced further in the future, providing the need for clean water of the industrial park's firms.

In terms of wastewater, production and domestic wastewater are collected and treated at a 6,000m3/day wastewater treatment station established in the industrial park before being discharged into the canal.

Concerning fire prevention and fighting: Fire prevention and fighting equipment is erected along the roads in the industrial park at a distance of 150m/nozzle, ensuring rapid rescue in the event of unfortunate fire incidents, and assisting Enterprises in being assured and safe in production.

Telecommunications/Internet services: A modern information system that meets all domestic and international communication requirements fully and quickly. Coverage for the entire industrial park is provided by 4G and 5G signal transceiver stations located in technological infrastructure land lots and green trees.
