Yen Phong district promotes digital transformation and builds e-government
(BNP) - In recent years, Yen Phong district has mobilized the participation of the entire political system with high determination so that it can persistently, effectively and substantially implement tasks and solutions on digital transformation and build e-government to modernize the administration and promote local socio-economic development.

With the timely leadership and direction of the District Party Committee and the District People’s Committee, along with strong investment, up to now, the digital infrastructure of the district, communes and towns are all connected stably, thus ensuring safety, smoothness and information security to meet the requirements of administrative modernization. The online meeting rooms at the District People’s Committee and the People’s Committees of communes and towns are maintained and connected smoothly, online meetings, contributing to improving the effectiveness of leadership and direction.
The work of building digital government is also focused. 100% of civil servants on duty at the District Public Administration Center and the reception and return desks of communes and towns receive and return results of online records, digitize records on the province’s online public service portal. At the same time, the district regularly propagates and guides organizations and individuals on the process of submitting records online on the public service portal. Up to now, the average rate of processing work and signing electronic documents in the district has reached 97.9%, meeting and exceeding the target assigned in Resolution No. 52-NQ/TU dated March 18, 2022 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; the rate of online records resolved at the district level reached over 91%; the rate of online records resolved at the commune level reached 99.84%...
The district also actively applies information technology to build smart systems in a number of areas such as: security and order, traffic, health... From the first security camera model operating effectively in Ngo Noi village (Trung Nghia commune) deployed in September 2020, the district has now expanded it throughout the district.
In the coming time, Yen Phong district will continue to direct units and localities to review and overcome shortcomings and limitations to improve quality and efficiency, determined to achieve and exceed digital transformation targets, and strive to build Yen Phong district into a leading locality in building digital and e-government.
