Bac Ninh grants Investment Registration Certificate to 18 domestic and foreign enterprises and investors

(BNP) - On January 2, 2025, the Provincial People’s Committee held an Investment Registration Certificate granting ceremony to welcome the new year 2025 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center.


Provincial leaders, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Science and Technology grant Investment Registration Certificates to enterprises and investors.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Le Xuan Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Tran Thi Van, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies.

With continuous efforts in improving the investment environment, administrative reform, and enhancing competitiveness, Bac Ninh is increasingly attracting both domestic and foreign investment. Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in industrial development. Bac Ninh’s industrial parks have been affirming their position, creating strong developments, and for many consecutive years being in the top localities attracting many foreign investment sources, becoming an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.

In early 2025, Bac Ninh province issued Investment Registration Certificates/Investment Policy Approvals for about USD 1.91 billion.

At the ceremony, the provincial leaders, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Science and Technology granted Investment Registration Certificates to 18 domestic and foreign investors with a total capital of USD 1.8 billion, of which foreign direct investment (FDI) was USD 1.67 billion. These are impressive figures in investment attraction, which will make important contributions to the development of Bac Ninh province in particular and the country in general.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan congratulated investors and enterprises that were granted Investment Registration Certificates, and sincerely thanked investors for their trust in investing in the province. He affirmed that Bac Ninh province is committed to accompanying investors and enterprises in the development process of the locality and enterprises.

The Secretary hoped that foreign and domestic investors; enterprises investing in infrastructure, high technology, and supporting industries would cooperate more smoothly and effectively to create value chains, production chains, and supply chains between FDI investors and domestic enterprises to implement the strategy and plan of an independent, autonomous, and self-reliant Vietnamese economy as the Vietnamese Government desires.

Secretary Tuan requested that the provincial departments, branches and sectors continue to study and shorten the process of implementing procedures to speed up the issuance of investment registration certificates and policies. Central agencies continue to support and help Bac Ninh achieve its goal of becoming a stronghold of the world’s leading manufacturers, a gathering place for emerging enterprises in the fields of production, research and manufacturing in Vietnam, he stressed.
