Net bridge project connecting Tu Son city - Yen Phong district opens to traffic

(BNP) - On the morning of January 1, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to open the Net bridge project at km77+00 Provincial Road.295, connecting Tu Son city with Yen Phong district. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Mr. Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics attended the ceremony.

Bca Ninh leaders attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Provincial Permanent People's Council and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

The investment project to build Net bridge connecting Tu Son city with Yen Phong district was approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1895/QD-UBND dated October 26, 2018, and construction began in September 2020. In the spirit of strong direction from provincial leaders, the Department of Transport closely coordinated with departments, branches, and localities, with the Yen Phong district People's Committee playing a key role in propaganda, mobilization, consensus-building, and handing over the site to the household investor, allowing the project to proceed.

After the site was handed over, the Department of Transport directed the investor to urge the contractor to concentrate human resources and materials, deploy construction in three shifts with four teams, and accelerate work. Up to now, the left side of the route has been completed, meeting traffic conditions, ensuring traffic safety, and facilitating people's travel.

The Net Bridge project will mark a significant milestone, creating new development opportunities for related localities and the province as a whole, thereby, contributing to the completion of a synchronous and modern transport network in the region, meeting rising transportation demand, and promoting trade and overall socio-economic development.
