Provincial leaders offer incense to commemorate 116th anniversary of birth of comrade Ngo Gia Tu
(BNP) - On the morning of December 3, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee led by Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, offered incense at the Monument and Memorial House of Comrade Ngo Gia Tu (Tam Son Ward, Tu Son City) on the occasion of the 116th anniversary of Comrade Ngo Gia Tu's birthday (December 3, 1908 - December 3, 2024).

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Permanent People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; Tu Son city, Tam Son ward; teachers and students of Ngo Gia Tu high school; representatives from the family and clan of comrade Ngo Gia Tu.
The delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate comrade Ngo Gia Tu - an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding son of his hometown Bac Ninh, an exemplary, loyal, and indomitable communist soldier. He was one of the founders of the Indochinese Communist Party (the predecessor of the Communist Party of Vietnam).
The 116th anniversary of Comrade Ngo Gia Tu's birthday is an opportunity for the Party Committee, government and people in the province to remember and express gratitude for his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, as well as vow to promote the revolutionary tradition, solidarity, unity, overcome difficulties, promote patriotic emulation movements, successfully implement the set goals and tasks, and build Bac Ninh province to become increasingly rich, civilized and modern.
After the incense offering ceremony, the delegation visited the Ngo Gia Tu Memorial House in Tam Son quarter, Tam Son ward, Tu Son city.
