Condotel 5* APEC Royal Park

The first 5-star hotel, apartment project in Bac Ninh serving international experts and residents in Bac Ninh is built at the end of 2016, on an area of 7,571 m2, and located right in the center of Bac Ninh city.

The 5-star Condotel APEC Royal Park includes a complex of two buildings, 21-meter Diamond Block (6 floors) and 60-meter Ruby Block (18 floors), and offers a total of 671 apartments to the market.

Vinhomes Bac Ninh

Vinhomes Bac Ninh high-class apartment and shopping plaza complex on Tran Hung Dao street, Suoi Hoa ward, Bac Ninh city started its construction from early 2017 has a capital of more than VND 1,400 billion. Until September 2018, the project was completed with the main items such as 02 basements; two 27-and-31-floor towers for residents and hotel services; and one 3-floor shopping plaza.

The project of building newly Dam pagoda

Dam Pagoda built from 1086 to 1094 is a famous relic of the Ly Dynasty, ranking as a National Cultural Heritage in 1964.

The pagoda’s new construction project implemented since 2015 has a total area of 4.7 ha with 12 main items worth nearly VND 260 billion. After 3 years of construction, the project has completed some main items such as Three-arched-entrances gate, Three Jewels, House of Cult, Mother Goddesses House, Guesthouse – Monks house,...

The conservation, embellishment, and promotion of the value of Dam pagoda contributes to building Dam mountain area to become an important focal point in the system of cultural, spiritual and biological tourism of Bac Ninh province and the Capital region, at the same time, meeting the people's spiritual belief needs.

Luy Lau Cultural Center (in Thuan Thanh district)

The project has a total area of 58,000 m2 including a 3-floor multi-purpose hall with 500 seats, 2 pool stages to perform water puppets and traditional arts with 02 outdoor stands, exhibition area, and community room.

The operation of Luy Lau Cultural Center aims to meet the needs of cultural exchange activities, the introduction of traditional and modern culture, serving political and socio-cultural activities, traditional festivals, and local sports tournaments of the district.

Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Songs Theater

Quan Ho Bac Ninh Folk songs Theater project consists of a variety of works such as 500-seat main Theater; office and technical infrastructure outside with a total investment capital of more than VND 241 billion. Started since September 2016, the project has been in the process of completion. It is expected to be inaugurated and to serve as cultural activities on the occasion of the 10^th anniversary of the Quan Ho Folk songs recognized by UNESCO as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity on February 23, 2019.
