2021 Online book introduction contest, themed The Book I Love

The Contest is targeted at readers above six years old who are studying, working and living in Việt Nam.The contestants will create videos to introduce and share their feelings about the books that have influenced them positively.

According to the rules, the introductions will be presented in Vietnamese and might include English subtitles if possible. Each video should be at least five minutes and not exceed 10 minutes,  can use effects, high technique on images and sounds. The contents of the videos must suit Việt Nam’s traditions and culture, not contain false information, not violate copyright or affect information security and other laws. Additionally, the videos must not have been uploaded to any website or entered into any other contest.

Entries can be sent from 1 July to 26 July, 2021 at email: sachvatritueviet.vtv@gmail.com or the Library Department, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, located on 51 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.

The contest aims to connect and inspire a passion for reading among Vietnamese people, thereby developing a reading culture and spreading knowledge in the community as well as promoting the creativity and diversity of reading forms, innovating the methods of propagating and communicating reading culture to meet the requirements of digital transformation to serve the people.
