Up to now, the preparation for the festival "Coming back to Quan Ho land 2023" has been carefully and meticulously prepared by Bac Ninh province. This is a special cultural festival, connecting the quintessence and cultural identities of the nation from heritage regions to converge and shine on the cultural land of Bac Ninh.
