Mr. Ta Dang Doan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee and members of Bac Ninh provincial delegation also attended the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Giang briefed on the province’s socio-economic development situation with many indicators among the top in the country in the recent year.

She said that that Goertek Group invested in 03 projects with a total registered investment capital of 905 million USD among 444 projects from China being invested in Bac Ninh province, including: Project of Goertek Vina Company Limited; Project of Goertek Vina Science and Technology Company Limited and 01 project of Goertek Vina Science and Technology Company Limited newly invested in Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park in March 2023.

In the coming time, Giang hoped that Goertek Group would direct Goertek Vietnam Company to continue closely following the province's investment orientation toward modern technology, green technology, and smart technology; build corporate culture, and pay more attention to employees' legal rights and interests; actively introduce and mobilize, Chinese satellite companies, partners and businesses to invest in Bac Ninh.

The Chairwoman pledged to facilitate and quickly remove obstacles for enterprises to operate stably and prosper long-term in the province. She believed that the collaboration and partnership between Bac Ninh province and Goertek Group would continue to bring significant success to the Group in Vietnam in general, and Bac Ninh province in particular in the future.

During the meeting, leader of Goertek Group highly appreciated the outstanding achievements on the province's socio-economic development. At the same time, he also said that the Group is currently training Vietnamese students at the R&D Center in Qingdao city (Shandong province, China). This force will provide the foundation for gradually replacing foreign professionals working for Goertek in Vietnam, with its main focus on factories in Bac Ninh province.

Goertek Group hoped that Bac Ninh province would continue paying attention and facilitating Goertek Company in the province to operate production and business activities with high efficiency, thereby contributing to the overall development of both sides.

Previously, Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang and the Bac Ninh provincial delegation visited the R&D Center of Goertek Group in Qingdao city, Shandong province, China.
