Leaders of Bac Ninh province visit and exchange experiences in Nam Dinh

(BNP) – In the afternoon of November 22nd, a delegation of Bac Ninh province's leaders led by Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Members visited and exchanged experiences on waste treatment and cleaning the field environment in Nam Dinh province.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Dao Hong Lan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; members of Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Members; leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

Nam Dinh province’s leaders welcomed the Bac Ninh’s delegation including Mr. Doan Hong Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Members; Mr. Tran Van Chung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council.

At the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien congratulated the achievements of the Party, authorities and people of Nam Dinh province in the implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development over the past time, especially in the field of building new-style rural areas and waste treatment.

He stressed that environmental pollution in handicraft villages, industrial clusters and residential areas in Bac Ninh province will be a priority task in 2019. This visit is an opportunity for Bac Ninh province to learn experience in the treatment of waste by mini-incinerator technology, the movement of cleaning the field environment and protecting the rural environment, he added.

On behalf of Nam Dinh province’s leaders, Secretary Doan Hong Phong welcomed the delegation of Bac Ninh province to visit and exchange experience in the province. At the same time, he briefed on outstanding results in socio-economic development, especially the National Target Program for New Rural Development in Nam Dinh

At the meeting, he said that Nam Dinh province has ideas to implement mechanisms, thereby, encouraging the enterprises to produce waste incinerators, assigning responsibility for environmental protection to each group and individual; timely reward individuals and collectives having achievements in environmental protection and so on.

He desired that the shared experiences at the meeting will be useful information with Bac Ninh in flexible application into the direction and administration in the field of environmental protection, rural household waste treatment and cleaning the field.
