At the meeting, Giang said: 75 out of 93 major plans and projects in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and 25 out of 27 Key Program to implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress were completed. To date, there have been 7 targets exceeding the Congress target, 2 targets reaching the target, 18 targets being implemented, and 2 targets calculating data at the end of the term. Bac Ninh meets the criteria for an industrial province as the economic growth pole in the Red River Delta; it is on track to become a grade I urban region by 2027 and a centrally run city before 2030.

Regarding the task of building the People's Police force, the province has strictly implemented Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo on promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern people's public security force meeting high requirements in the new context; Decision No. 90 of the Secretariat promulgating the Regulation on coordination cooperation between the Central Public Security Party Committee and the provinces and cities under the Central Government on leadership in Party work, political work, mass work in the provincial and municipal police; Project 06 of the Government, etc.

In the coming time, the province hopes to participate and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to accelerate the progress of the heliport construction project in Gia Binh district. The Ministry of Public Security directs the Professional Departments to strengthen coordination and support of the Provincial Public Security in the fight against crimes with foreign elements and high-tech crimes…, Giang added.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary Tuan thanked for the attention, direction, coordination, and facilitation of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security, as well as the Minister To Lam in the province's activities in recent years. At the same time, he exchanged and clarified the situation, development tasks in the province's fields, and major directions in the coming time.

Tuan also quickly informed the initial results of implementing the construction of a "Traffic Safety Province" and requested the Minister of Public Security to direct a preliminary review after 1 year of pilot implementation for replication in other localities throughout the country. He expressed his hope to receive the attention, direction and coordination of the Ministry of Public Security for Bac Ninh province.

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Minister of Public Security To Lam congratulated the outstanding achievements of the Bac Ninh’s Party Committee, government, and people in recent times and highly appreciated the initial results of implementing construction of the "Traffic Safety Province" model. He also committed to supporting and coordinating with the province to make the model in Bac Ninh into a common model for implementation in localities throughout the country.

In the coming time, the Minister To Lam proposed that Bac Ninh province continue to drastically implement administrative reform and improve the business investment environment; exploit the potential of cultural strengths to have appropriate development orientations; pay attention to poverty reduction and the lives of workers in industrial zones to prevent potential crimes; proactively fight against crime from the grassroots; improve state management of security and order, striving to build a "Traffic Safety Province" to innovate traffic management in the future.
