(BNP) - On the afternoon of December 13, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the construction site of the bridge across Ngu Huyen Khe River under the investment project of Provincial road 295C and 285B connecting Bac Ninh city through industrial parks with the new National Highway 3; Provincial Road 277B connects to Ha Bac 2 bridge and Ring Road 4.
Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong (3rd from right) discusses with the investor and related units.
The bridge across Ngu Huyen Khe River has been accelerated by the contractor. Up to now, 11 bridge spans have been constructed, while 4 spans and 2 abutments remain on the ground. In particular, the compensation and support plan (phase 3) for M2 abutment, P1, P2, P3 pillars has been appraised. Currently, the difficult-to-cultivate land area is waiting formal consent for recovery and asset appraisal before making a decision on recovery and approval.
P17 pillar belongs to Van An ward, it has made a compensation and support plan (phase 4), which is now listed at the Van An ward People's Committee, the Hoa Long ward People's Committee and Qua Cam area Cultural House. It is expected that by the end of December 2023, the plan will be completed and reported to the competent authority for assessment and approval.
M1 abutment on residential land of households, individuals, and related units is in the process of determining the origin and area of recovery; after which the assets on the land will be counted and a compensation and assistance plan will be prepared (phase 5).
After directly inspecting the construction site, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong assigned the investor (Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board) to coordinate with local authorities to quickly review the origin of land related to some households having land problems at the P17 bridge abutment to convince people to receive support money as well as arrange resettlement areas soon to create peace for the people. He also assigned Bac Ninh city to plan and mobilize forces to protect the construction plan as well as soon prepare a compensation plan for the area still stuck in the entire project.
Regarding intercropping land, he requested that Bac Ninh city send a document to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to advise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to recover and quickly hand over the site for the project. The Provincial People's Committee further assigned the city to proactively hire a consulting unit on unit price norms, in order to speed up compensation and resettlement for households, whose land was recovered, thereby, ensuring progress according to commitments.
