Provincial Education Promotion Association trains in citizen learning assessment software

The lecturer from Hanoi Open University directly guides the delegate to practice the software.

Participants at the conference were representatives from Hanoi Open University and nearly 150 delegates from the Education Promotion Association at all levels in the province.

The software is a model implemented by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education in collaboration with Hanoi Open University, and it connects the Central Association to the provincial-level and district-level associations, and grassroots associations. The software is used to implement the work of collecting, demonstrating, evaluating, scoring, synthesizing, reporting and so on, following a set of criteria and guidelines for evaluating and recognizing the title of Academic Citizen issued by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education in Decision No. 244/QD-KHVN dated July 28, 2022.

At the conference, the delegates listened to the lecturer from Hanoi Open University introduce the deployment model, management decentralization and development stages of the software system as well as how to use it. Especially, the steps of accessing the system, registering, logging in to the account, entering data and performing self-assessment of academic citizenship were highlighted.

The software application aims to encourage and create favorable conditions for all citizens to participate in learning, towards digital citizenship, meet the requirements of the National Digital Transformation Program and contribute a part to successfully building an academic society.
