Provincial leader receives and works with Ambassador of Czech Republic in Vietnam

Mr. Vitezslav Grepl thanked Bac Ninh’s leader for spending his time to welcome the delegation. He emphasized that the Czech Republic and Vietnam have a good traditional relationship and long-term cooperation in many fields. In particular, the Czech Republic is the only country in the world that recognizes the Vietnamese community as an ethnic minority in the Czech Republic.

Mr. Vitezslav Grepl highly appreciated Vietnam as an attractive investment destination for businesses in the world. Thanks for the favorable geopolitical position, modern infrastructure, attractive preferential policies, high-quality labor force, Bac Ninh is an investment destination of large domestic and foreign corporations. This will open up great cooperation opportunities between Bac Ninh province and the Czech Republic - a country with strengths in mechanical engineering and high-tech industry.

He wished the provincial leaders to create conditions for the establishment of the Czech Republic High-tech and Investment Promotion Office in Bac Ninh to introduce businesses to research and investment in the following fields: Rehabilitation Hospitals functions, manufacturing unmanned aircraft, manufacturing high-tech mechanics…

For his part, Standing Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his impression of the relationship between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Bac Ninh also has a relationship with the Czech Republic. On the other hand, Bac Ninh city also signed a memorandum of understanding on bilateral cooperation with Cheb city, Karlovy Vary province.

The Standing Vice Chairman hoped that with his position, the Ambassador will be a bridge to promote and introduce Czech businesses to invest in the province, especially in the fields of high-tech industry, supporting industries, aviation, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment manufacturing..., thereby, contributing to strengthening cooperation, investment and trade promotion between Bac Ninh and the Czech Republic.
