Public Administrative Center of Tu Son town: More than 70% of the dossiers are settled before the deadline

Citizens come to carry out administrative procedures at Tu Son town’s Public Administration Center.

Among which, more than 70% of the dossiers are settled before the deadline. 24.5% of the dossiers are settled right. There were fields with a large number of registration dossiers to carry out administrative procedures including Secured transactions (3,227 dossiers); resources and environment, land (1,417 dossiers); business and construction (1,380 dossiers); social insurance and health insurance policies (1,251 dossiers) and so on.

At present, the Center has 23 staffs who receive dossiers, resolve and return the results of more than 200 administrative procedures in 14 fields. Facilities, equipment are invested in synchronous, modern, touch screen to search administrative procedures ..., meet the need to solve administrative procedures for about 50 turns of citizens at the same time.

In the coming time, the Center will step up the application of information technology in solving administrative procedures, raising awareness, sense of responsibility, professional ethics, communication skills and behaviors for the cadres in order to create friendly relationship with enterprises and citizens when they come to the transaction.
