(BNP) - On January 8, Mr. Le Xuan Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee received and worked with Mr. Zhang Tinghe, Chairman of Zhongyong Investment Fund (China) to research investment in the province.

Mr. Zhang Tinghe thanked the provincial leaders for taking their time to welcome him. He said that Zhongyong Investment Fund is a multi-industry investment fund with many projects around the world. At the same time, he emphasized that the good traditional relationship between the two countries has created opportunities for many Chinese enterprises to invest and develop in Vietnam, in which Bac Ninh province is considered a locality with many potentials and advantages in attracting investment.

Zhang hoped that the provincial leaders would pay attention and create favorable conditions so that the Fund could explore and implement the project of an entertainment area, which covers ​​about 300 hectares. This will be a large-scale entertainment area, contributing to promoting tourism development and attracting domestic and foreign tourists to Bac Ninh, he stressed.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi welcomed and highly appreciated Zhongyong Investment Fund for researching investment in the province. At the same time, he briefed on the province’s recent achievements in socio-economic development. With a favorable geopolitical position, synchronous infrastructure, open investment environment and attractive incentive policies, Bac Ninh has become an attractive destination for foreign investors with many indicators in the top of the country. Currently, the province has completed the approval of the Sub-zone Planning Projects under the Bac Ninh Urban Planning, which will be the basis for attracting investment projects in the area.

He also assigned the Provincial People’s Committee Office to act as the focal point and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to guide and introduce locations for Zhongyong Investment Fund to soon implement the project in Bac Ninh.
