(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee recently signed Decision approving the investment policy and assigning the investor to implement the social housing project in Song Khe 2 Residential Area, Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh Province.

According to the Decision, the social housing project in Song Khe 2 Residential Area, Tien Phong Ward, will be invested by BG Joint Stock Company; with a land area of approximately 0.68 hectares. The project's components include: high-rise social housing apartments, a complete and integrated transportation system, and external technical infrastructure within the project boundaries.
Specifically, the social housing project consists of 20 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor. The basement construction density is approximately 95%, the podium density is approximately 40%, and the tower density is approximately 33%. The total land area for construction is approximately 2,712 m², and the total floor area is approximately 52,667 m² (including common areas and parking).
The project is expected to offer approximately 446 apartments for sale, with sizes ranging from 25 m² to 77 m². The basement is designed for parking and technical facilities; the first and second floors are for commercial services and public spaces; and floors 3 to 20 are for residential apartments and community areas. The project will accommodate approximately 884 people.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the investor is granted land, leased land, or permitted to change the land use purpose by the competent state agency.
