(BNP) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai recently signed Decision No. 196/QD-UBND assigning the investor for the Social Housing Project in Dai Dong Commune, Tien Du District (now Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province).

The Social Housing Project in Dai Dong Commune is located in Duong Huc Hamlet, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province, and is invested by Thanh Do Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The project has an estimated land area of approximately 4.94 hectares and a population of about 3,000 people.
In particular, the social housing units will be built on land plots with a total area of approximately 22,380.7 m2 according to the approved detailed planning scheme, providing approximately 792 - 1,030 apartments, including: XH-01 Social Housing; XH-02 Social Housing; XH-03 Social Housing Group. The buildings in the social housing areas XH-01, XH-02, and XH-03 have a ground floor designated as a parking area for residents; floors 2 to 9 house social housing apartments.
The commercial housing area comprises three buildings, each with a height of four stories. The kindergarten is two stories high, with a land area of approximately 1,019 m2 and a construction floor area of approximately 1,650 m2. The health station is two stories high, with a land area of approximately 1,019 m2 and a construction floor area of approximately 816 m2. The parking lot has an area of approximately 1,028.7 m2.
In addition, parks, green spaces, sports fields; transportation systems; outdoor fire protection systems; sanitation facilities; and technical infrastructure systems are being developed synchronously according to the approved detailed plan. The project's operating period is 50 years.
