Bac Ninh Provincial Business Association summarizes its work for 2025 and honors businesses in charitable activities

(BNP) - On the afternoon of December 24th, the Bac Ninh Provincial Business Association held a conference to summarize its work in 2025, honor outstanding businesses in charitable activities during the 2024-2025 period, and launch the "Tet for the Poor and Social Welfare" program.

In 2025, the Provincial Business Association implemented its tasks comprehensively, achieving many positive results and affirming its role as a bridge between the business community and the government at all levels. Information and communication activities were carried out regularly; promptly disseminating the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the private economy to its members.

Organizational structure has been streamlined according to a two-tiered government model; the Association guides the establishment of regional business branches and business associations at the commune and ward levels.

The specialized departments organize numerous training courses on taxation, governance, digital transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI); promote trade, provide legal support, and build corporate culture.

Social welfare work continues to be a highlight with over 21,000 Tet gifts worth over VND 16.4 billion; VND 6.12 billion to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; over VND 12.4 billion to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, along with many charitable activities with widespread impact.

In 2026, the Provincial Business Association will continue to operate under the motto "Unity - Cooperation - Integration - Development," focusing on strengthening the organization, expanding membership, promoting support for businesses in governance, law, digital transformation, green transformation, and trade promotion; while maintaining the effectiveness of dialogue, networking, and social welfare activities.

On this occasion, 6 individuals and 11 collectives with outstanding achievements in production and business activities, contributing to the development of the business community and local economy in 2024, were awarded Certificates of Merit by the President of the Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry; 14 collectives and 8 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the President of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

The Provincial Business Charity Fund Management Council awards honorary cups to 17 businesses for their outstanding achievements in charitable work during the 2024-2025 period.

At the conference, the Provincial Business Association launched a campaign to support Tet for the poor and social welfare. Many business associations and enterprises responded to the call by registering donations for "Tet for the Poor".
