(BNP) - Over the past period (from May 14 to June 14, 2026), the Public Administrative Service Center of Bong Lai ward (Bac Ninh) has effectively deployed the reception and resolution of administrative procedures, contributing to improving the service quality for citizens and businesses and accelerating local administrative reform.
The rate of on-time and ahead-of-time dossier resolution reaches a very high level with 3,027 dossiers, accounting for 99.77% of the total resolved dossiers.
According to the report of the Bong Lai Ward People's Committee, the Center is currently handling 429 administrative procedures across 8 fields, including 341 comprehensive online public services and 88 partial online public services. The reception and resolution of dossiers are conducted openly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals when performing administrative transactions.
During the reporting period, the Center received 3,069 administrative procedure dossiers, consisting of 2,023 in-person submissions and 993 online submissions; at the same time, it continued to process 53 dossiers transferred from the previous period. The total number of resolved dossiers reached 3,031, corresponding to a rate of 98.76%.
Notably, the rate of on-time and ahead-of-time dossier resolution reached a very high level with 3,027 dossiers, accounting for 99.77% of the total resolved dossiers. Only 4 dossiers were processed overdue, accounting for 0.13%; currently, 38 dossiers remain within the processing timeframe.
The fields with a high volume of arising dossiers include the authentication of copies from originals with 1,892 dossiers, electronic authentication with 708 dossiers, justice and civil status with 195 dossiers, and business registration with 59 dossiers. These results demonstrate the increasing demand for administrative transactions among the people, while reflecting the efforts of the team of officials and civil servants in improving service quality.
In addition to maintaining a high rate of on-time dossier resolution, digital transformation has been continuously deployed by the ward in a synchronized and effective manner. The rate of dossiers with financial obligations paid online reached 100%; the rate of digitalizing dossiers upon reception also reached 100%, contributing to enhancing openness and transparency and facilitating the process for citizens and businesses.
In the coming time, the Bong Lai Ward People's Committee will continue to focus on improving the quality and progress of administrative procedure resolution, striving for 100% of dossiers to be received online. Concurrently, cooperation with specialized divisions and boards will be strengthened to accelerate the progress of handling remaining dossiers, raising evaluation indexes on the National Public Service Portal.
Along with that, the locality will regularly review, update, and publicly announce new administrative procedure resolution processes in a timely manner; and continue to collect feedback on the satisfaction levels of citizens and businesses to improve service quality. The ward will also step up the implementation of the friendly government model, aiming to build a professional and modern administration that takes public satisfaction as the measure of the grassroots government's operational effectiveness./.
