Yen The commune: 100% of administrative procedure dossiers received online

(BNP) - In June 2026, the reception and resolution of administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Yen The commune continued to be implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to improving the service quality for citizens and businesses, and promoting administrative reform associated with digital transformation in the locality.


In June, the Public Administration Service Center of Yen The commune resolves and returns results at a rate of 96.68%.

According to the report of Yen The Commune People's Committee, the commune Public Administration Service Center received a total of 2,113 administrative procedure dossiers, including 2,083 newly received dossiers and 30 dossiers carried over from the previous period.

As a result, the Center resolved and returned results for 2,043 dossiers, reaching a rate of 96.68%. Notably, among the resolved dossiers, 2,039 dossiers were processed ahead of schedule, accounting for 99.80%; 4 dossiers were resolved on time, and no overdue dossiers occurred. Currently, 70 dossiers were being processed, all of which were guaranteed within the prescribed resolution timeframe.

Along with improving the quality of administrative procedure resolution, Yen The commune continued to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in the operations of the Public Administration Service Center. During the month, 100% of dossiers were received online; 100% of dossiers implemented online payment; 100% of dossiers were digitized upon reception and issued with electronic results. Maintaining synchronous digital solutions had contributed to reducing the time and cost of performing administrative procedures, enhancing openness, transparency, and state management efficiency.

In addition, returning results of administrative procedure resolution through public postal services continued to be deployed effectively, creating more convenience for organizations and individuals in the process of implementing and receiving dossier resolution results.

For sectors under the jurisdiction of vertical agencies and provincial-level specialized agencies operating at the commune Public Administration Service Center, 4,441 dossiers were received during the month, including 4,429 newly received dossiers and 12 dossiers carried over from the previous period. A total of 3,588 dossiers were resolved, with no overdue dossiers; the rate of online received dossiers reached 94.28%.

To improve service quality, Yen The Commune People's Committee continued to maintain and promote the effectiveness of support models for citizens performing administrative procedures, such as "Friday without Appointment", "Sunday for the People", support for performing online administrative procedures at residences, and remote support. At the same time, cooperation and interconnection with specialized agencies and vertical sectors in resolving dossiers had been enhanced, especially in the areas of land, tax, and social insurance.

The results achieved in June showed the determination of local party committees and authorities in building a serving administration, centering around citizens and businesses; contributing to enhancing the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals, and promoting digital transformation and administrative reform in Yen The commune./.
