(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Plan to organize the development of a roadmap for technological innovation in key economic sectors of Bac Ninh province by 2035.

According to the Plan, Bac Ninh province builds a roadmap to implement growth model innovation and promote technological innovation focusing on key economic sectors, including: Electronics and semiconductor industry, supporting industry, logistics and high-tech agriculture.
The province has built a strategic roadmap to strive to turn Bac Ninh into one of the country's leading production, research and development (R&D) centers by 2035; promote double-digit economic growth, creating a solid foundation for the province to become a centrally-run city before 2030. By 2035, the proportion of the digital economy will reach at least 35% of the province's GRDP; the contribution rate of key economic sectors to the province's GRDP will reach over 60% by 2035.
To achieve the goal, the Provincial People's Committee has implemented key tasks, including: Developing high-tech industries, green industries, digital technology industries, forming a leading electronics center in Vietnam. Developing agriculture and rural areas in depth and sustainably, promoting advantages of regions, areas, localities, organizing agricultural production and business according to the value chain, based on the foundation of science, technology and innovation, digital transformation, and traceability; develop trade and services in a diversified, sustainable, modern comprehensive service direction; focus on developing economic sectors, including the private sector. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to conduct surveys and evaluate the current technology status of enterprises in the area; collect information on new technology trends, build and update the technology innovation roadmap; coordinate with relevant departments and sectors to organize seminars, talks, and science and technology forums to collect opinions from experts and enterprises to collect information and synthesize proposals for a list of core technologies, priority technologies, along with appropriate support policies of units to promote technology innovation.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment provides information and data on the agricultural production situation; surveys and evaluates the current status of technology applied in agriculture, forestry, fisheries and the environmental sector; strengthens the application of high technology, biotechnology and automation in agricultural production; applies information technology and digital technology in agricultural production to reduce production costs, improve management efficiency and make processes and product information transparent.
Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường cung cấp thông tin, dữ liệu về tình hình sản xuất ngành nông nghiệp. Khảo sát, đánh giá hiện trạng công nghệ áp dụng trong nông nghiệp, lâm nghiệp, thủy sản và lĩnh vực môi trường. Tăng cường ứng dụng công nghệ cao, công nghệ sinh học, tự động hóa vào sản xuất nông nghiệp. Đặc biệt ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, công nghệ số trong sản xuất nông nghiệp để giảm chi phí trong sản xuất, nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, minh bạch hóa các quy trình, thông tin của sản phẩm.
Các sở, ban, ngành, UBND các xã, phường căn cứ chức năng, nhiệm vụ được giao, chủ động phối hợp, cung cấp thông tin, dữ liệu, chuyên gia, tham gia các cuộc khảo sát, hội thảo. Đề xuất các giải pháp ngành, lĩnh vực, địa bàn quản lý để phục vụ xây dựng và triển khai hiệu quả Lộ trình đổi mới công nghệ của tỉnh./.
