(BNP) - Kinh Bac Ward has just announced a plan to organize an art program and street cultural activities in response to the UNESCO ceremony recognizing the Dong Ho folk painting craft as an intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent safeguarding; the announcement of the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son - Kiep Bac complex of historical sites and scenic spots as a World Cultural Heritage site; and the "Coming back to the Heritage Land of Bac Ninh 2026" Festival; and to celebrate the successful election of National Assembly representatives for the 6th term and People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

According to the plan, on the evening of March 28, 2026, a special art program consisting of three parts will take place at the main stage of Ngo Gia Tu night street. Part I - Opening will feature opening performances praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the homeland. Part II - Proud Melodies will include songs and dances praising revolutionary traditions, achievements in innovation, and the spirit of unity of the people. Part III - Stepping into a New Era with Youthful and Vibrant Performances, Awakening the Patriotic Spirit of Young People.
In addition, from 4 PM on March 28th, the Ngo Gia Tu night street will host many street cultural activities and folk games such as: Tug-of-War demonstrations; dance sport, folk dance, and modern dance performances by local clubs; public art exchanges; bamboo pole dance and folk dance performances; folk games, and so on.
The program is organized to create a joyful, enthusiastic, and united atmosphere among cadres, Party members, and the people; thereby affirming the people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the State; and encouraging the patriotic emulation movement to build a more developed, civilized, prosperous, and beautiful homeland.
