(BNP) - On December 2, Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee chaired a conference to report on the results of the campaign to "enrich and clean up" the national database on land.

Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai chairs the conference at Bac Ninh’s venue.

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the whole province has made great efforts in organizing, arranging and standardizing the land database according to the 2-level local government model. The province has completed the reference establishment and information standardization for 22,254 map sheets; initialized land plot references according to map sheets and administrative unit codes; integrated the reconciled data into the VBDLIS system, ensuring consistency and synchronization for management.

The data cleaning work has achieved remarkable results. The province has compiled 537,367 cases that need to be cleaned and sent them to the National Population Data Center (Ministry of Public Security ) for reconciliation. Up to now, 513,422 cases have been verified, reaching 95.5% of the workload. Information cleaning helps eliminate errors, creating a basis for carrying out land administrative procedures quickly and accurately.

Regarding data enrichment, the results show great efforts from the grassroots. Currently, the whole province has 684,245 land plots identified as meeting the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living", an increase of 221,076 plots, equivalent to 47.7% compared to the review time (November 21). This is an important figure showing that the quality of data has been significantly improved.

Leaders of Bac Ninh Land Registration Office No. 1 spoke at the conference.

At the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated the progress of collecting, standardizing, digitizing, and synchronizing land data of the whole province; analyzed the reasons for the low rate of collecting and entering land data in some localities.

Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai concludes the conference.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of departments, branches and localities, especially those units that completed and exceeded the assigned targets. He affirmed that the campaign to "enrich and clean" land data has created an important change in land management, administrative procedure reform and promoting digital transformation of the province.

Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai emphasized that the data cleaning rate is very large but the update rate to the national database is not commensurate; therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Provincial Police need to group the communes that have not completed, send officers to the place to "hold hands and guide" to speed up the progress; ensure that by December 10, 2025, the whole province must reach 100% update rate to the national land database. Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards and communes need to focus highly on direction, considering the implementation results as one of the criteria for evaluating the emulation in 2025. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that if difficulties or problems arise, localities must promptly report for guidance and resolution.
