Approval of Zoning Plan for Investment Project on Construction and Business of Infrastructure of An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Park

(BNP) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh has just signed Decision No. 149/QD-UBND approving the Zoning Plan of the An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, scale 1/2,000.

The goal of the planning is to specify the development orientation of industrial parks in Bac Ninh province from 2021 to 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister; to create green, circular, sustainable industrial parks, develop commercial infrastructure, and e-commerce.  At the same time, create a favorable environment for investment activities to attract domestic and foreign capital and technology; create a working environment that meets international standards; and develop products that can replace imported products, with the goal of exporting to international markets.

According to the Decision, the Zoning Plan for the An Viet - Que Vo 6 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project covers approximately 76.02 hectares in Que Vo Ward and Dao Vien Ward, Bac Ninh Province.  This is a clean, multi-industry industrial park aimed at attracting projects in the fields of supporting industry production in the electronics industry, electronic equipment production, component and spare parts production, and projects that use clean energy-saving technology without polluting the environment.

The planning includes functional subdivisions: Service and administrative land; industrial production and warehouse land; parking land; technical infrastructure land; green land; traffic land and headquarters land.

The landscape architecture space in the industrial park is organized in the style of ecological architecture, high-tech industry, modernity, and harmony between functional regions.  The complete basic planning area is deployed to organize along the primary spatial axis:  The Northwest-Southeast axis connects National Highway 17 to the planning area; from the perspective of space organization, arrange the road axes and subsidiary roads running parallel and perpendicular, resulting in a checkerboard spatial axis system that ensures effective utilization.

Along with that, building a system of isolated green trees, green trees, and landscape parks to ensure compliance with rules and ease of use; building a system of regulating lakes and connecting drainage channels to ensure convenient and effective drainage.
