(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued Decision No. 647/QD-UBND approving the partial adjustment of the zoning plan for Quang Chau Industrial Park (516ha), Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh province (scale 1/2,000).
According to the Decision, the administrative and service land plot (code CC6), covering an area of 1.63 hectares, with a maximum height of 9 floors, maximum building density of 50 percent, and maximum floor area ratio of 3.0 times, will be adjusted to allow the construction of workers’ accommodation within the industrial park. Under the revised plan, the project may have a maximum height of 18 floors, maximum building density of 38 percent, and a maximum floor area ratio of 8.5 times.
The Quang Chau Industrial Park currently covers an area of 516 hectares and was established and put into operation in 2006. Since its establishment, the Quang Chau Industrial Park has attracted many domestic and foreign businesses to invest, especially large foreign enterprises. Currently, the Quang Chau Industrial Park employs over 100,000 workers, creating an urgent need for housing and accommodation for workers. Therefore, adjusting the Quang Chau Industrial Park Zoning Plan (516 hectares), Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh Province (scale 1/2,000) to include the construction of worker accommodation within the industrial park is necessary. This adjustment ensures compliance with regulations and meets the actual needs of the province.
