Bac Ninh province coordinates with Hung Yen province to resolve obstacles in supply of earth fill materials for key projects and constructions

(BNP) - On the morning of March 20, at the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Dao Qunag Khai worked with the Hung Yen delegation led by Mr. Lai Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to exchange and consider removing difficulties and obstacles in the supply of filling soil materials for key transport projects in Hung Yen province.

Speaking at the working session, Hung Yen’s Vice Chairman Lai Van Hoan stated clearly that Hung Yen province is implementing a series of large-scale transport infrastructure projects, especially inter-regional and industrial park connecting roads.

However, many key projects are lacking filling land, affecting the construction progress and disbursement of capital. Faced with this reality, Hung Yen province proposed that Bac Ninh province create favorable conditions for businesses to soon complete the survey and mineral exploitation procedures according to regulations to accelerate the progress of projects.

Concluding the working session, Bac Ninh’s Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai emphasized that Bac Ninh province, with its advantages in some material mine planning and supplementary exploitation sources, the locality affirms its willingness to coordinate and share resources in the spirit of joint development cooperation of the Northern Key Economic Region.

Resolving the issue of filling materials not only helps Hung Yen accelerate the progress of projects but also contributes to completing the synchronous transportation network between the two provinces, promoting trade and socio-economic development throughout the region.

In the spirit of supporting the development viewpoint of Hung Yen province, Bac Ninh’s Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai assigned the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with relevant units to inspect and study the application of specific mechanisms of the Government for exploiting minerals as ordinary construction materials to serve key transport infrastructure projects.

Organize surveys of mines before licensing, clarify more contents related to licensing to soon complete dossiers and legal procedures to support Hung Yen province to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, in accordance with the approved mineral plan.
