(BNP) - On the morning of October 14, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan met with Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park) and FUYU Precision Technology Co., Ltd. According to a leadership representative at Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd., the company was founded in 2016 and currently operates four factories in Bac Ninh that specialize in the production and processing of electronic components, communication equipment, etc., creating jobs for about 30,000 workers.
The company suggested that the province quickly come up with ways to improve the Industrial Park's overall drainage and water supply system; guarantee a steady supply of electricity; manage waste; and maintain the park's landscape, security, and order, particularly when it comes to vehicles stopping and parking illegally, which causes traffic jams.

At FUYU Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Chou I Wen, General Director of Foxconn Vietnam Headquarters, said that for more than 18 years of investment in Bac Ninh province, the enterprise has always received attention and favorable conditions from provincial leaders, departments and branches, helping the Group to continuously expand production and business. Currently, Foxconn Vietnam is implementing 20 projects in Bac Ninh, creating stable jobs for about 126 thousand workers inside and outside the province.
In response to the proposals and recommendations of businesses, representatives of the province's functional agencies answered and clarified a number of issues such as: Labor recruitment, electricity supply, water drainage, solving traffic congestion during rush hours; domestic water supply, waste treatment; immediate and long-term solutions to prevent flooding and protect production in industrial parks.

At the places he visited, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan shared with the businesses and praised them for their efforts to encourage workers to work, maintain production, and contribute positively to the province’s socio-economic development despite the recent impact of storms and floods.

The Chairman assigned the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review and calculate the total drainage flow of the industrial parks. Each enterprise also needs to survey and plan to build reservoirs and tanks, which are both located within the campus, landscape, and trees, and have the effect of storing buffer water in case of heavy rain.
The Chairman assigned the Nenh Ward People's Committee to coordinate with investors in the Industrial Park to speed up site clearance for green land area to invest in water storage reservoir systems in the Industrial Parks.

The Chairman assigned the Department of Home Affairs to propose research to establish and promulgate the operating regulations of the Provincial Labor Supply Association under State regulation to create healthy competition in human resource supply among enterprises.
The Chairman assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Infrastructure Investors, departments, branches, and localities to determine land funds in industrial parks and neighboring areas to plan and build social housing and workers' housing associated with ensuring cultural institutions in the direction of giving top priority to administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for workers to work, produce, and stay with businesses.

The Chairman assigned Bac Ninh Power Company to review and ensure stable and safe power supply in all situations, especially in industrial parks and enterprises producing electronic components and semiconductor chips, without affecting the production activities of enterprises.
