Over 200,000 visitors to Bac Ninh during the Lunar New Year

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in February, the number of tourists traveling to Bac Ninh to join festivals and visit pagodas on the occasion of Tet holiday was higher than the same period in 2018. Apart from the spiritual tourist spots with beautiful natural landscapes, Bac Ninh also attracts tourists with a variety of cultural and sports activities on the occasion of the Festival of "Arrive in Quan Ho land in 2019" and the 10th anniversary of Quan Ho Bac Ninh folk songs honored as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
Generally, for the first 2 months of the year, the province welcomed about 390,000 tourists with revenue of VND330 billion, up 18% compared to the same period of 2018.
