Bac Ninh delegation works in Australia and New Zealand

The Bac Ninh delegation works with the Vietnamese Consulate General in Sydney.

At the meeting with the Vietnamese Consulate General in Sydney on November 7, Chung briefed on the province’s information of politics, economy, culture, education, and the fields such as industrial and urban development, investment attraction. He requested the Consulate General of Vietnam in Sydney to pay attention and act as a bridge to support Bac Ninh province in promoting and encouraging Australian businesses to invest in province; carry out  the information exchange activities as well as advertise the unique cultural values, heritages, and famous tourist destination to Australians.

The Vietnamese Consulate General in Sydney Nguyen Dang Thang expressed his pleasure to welcome and work with the Bac Ninh delegation, vowing to create the best conditions and function as a bridge between Australian investors and businesses and Bac Ninh province, promote and introduce Bac Ninh-Kinh Bac culture and connect major Sydney universities with Bac Ninh.

Previously, at a meeting with the Intellectual Property (IP) Agency under the Australian Government in Sydney, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung introduced the province’s general situation. At the same time, he hoped that the IP Agency would support Bac Ninh province on the processes and procedures for registration of intellectual property for agricultural products and typical craft village products exported to countries around the world; support and transfer the applications of scientific and technological advances in traceability of product origins, processing technology, post-harvest preservation, etc.

Representative from the IP agency Bonita Ko promised to maximum support and guide the detailed process of steps for Bac Ninh authorities and businesses in implementing intellectual property registration procedures for Bac Ninh's powerful products.

The Bac Ninh delegation works with the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and leaders of Pacific Silk Road Limited.

During the business trip to New Zealand, the Bac Ninh delegation on November 9 worked with with the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and the leaders of Pacific Silk Road Limited.

The two sides discussed cooperation opportunities in the fields of logistics support for businesses, planning of smart urban development, the supporting of human resources management and training as required, creating links between businesses and university; innovation and cooperation between the government and large corporations. The representative of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce promised to support, promote, and encourage New Zealand businesses to research the investment environment to invest in Bac Ninh province and organize trade promotion between New Zealand University and Bac Ninh as well as cooperate in training state management officials.

The AlphaX system, a total solution for enterprises, was introduced by the company's leaders during a visit to Minnovation Technology Company in Melbourne, Australia, which specializes in total solutions for smart management and digital transformation. Smart city, transportation system management, wastewater, environment, energy, and so forth. This approach is used successfully in Sydney, Australia, and Bangkok, Thailand. Following a debate, the Working Group determined that this was a viable solution for Bac Ninh to use in developing smart cities, digital transformation, and other initiatives that the province is pursuing.

This solution is effectively applied in Sydney, Australia, and Bangkok, Thailand. After discussion, the delegation evaluated this was a suitable solution for Bac Ninh to apply in building smart cities, digital transformation, etc.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Quoc Chung highly appreciated the solution proposed by the company with four implementation processes: (1) data connection; (2) analysis; (3) prediction; (4) management model (digitalization). He assigned the authorities to advise and report to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee taking the policy to connect Mr. Simon Maselli, founder of the company to visit, survey and consult Bac Ninh province applying comprehensive solution in smart management and digital transformation in the field of management of traffic, urban, historical and cultural relics, and public services of the government in the coming time.
