Bac Ninh issues more than 3,000 Certificates of land use rights for first time

(BNP) - From the beginning of the year until now, Bac Ninh has issued 3,004 first-time land use rights certificates with an area of 825.5 hectares. Of which, 1,102 certificates of organizations with an area of 761 hectares; 1,902 certificates of households and individuals with an area of 64.5 hectares.

3,566 Certificates, Certificates of House Ownership Certificates of Construction Ownership were renewed and reissued. Among them, there were 57 certificates of organizations, 3,509 certificates of households and individuals and 27,844 certificates of land change registration. Specifically,  6,048 certificates were registered for changes and confirmed directly on the issued Certificate and 21,796 certificates were registered for changes requiring a new Certificate.

Along with that, 594 organizations and 28,486 households and individuals were registered for secured transactions; 3,043 organizations hoping to research were provided with information; 100% of commune-level units prepare cadastral dossiers for registered land plots, issue Certificates and use them; regularly update and correct land changes and land plot information in paper cadastral dossiers.
