Provincial leaders inspect and urge progress of PR.277 project, Tu Son city - Yen Phong section
(BNP) - On December 19, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected and urged the progress of site clearance for the investment project to build Provincial Road (PR).277, the section from Tu Son city to Cho township (Yen Phong), from km0+00 - km3+680 under the BT contract form, with Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company as the investor.

The Provincial People's Committee approved the adjustment of the project feasibility study report by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, which must be completed by June 30, 2025.
Up to now, the estimated volume of work has reached about VND 384.50 billion; the recorded revenue and expenditure value is VND 309.21 billion, specifically: For the main route PR.277 (km0 00 - km3 680) is basically completed, except for the section km2 150 - km2 530 through Binh An village, Dong Tho commune, which has not completed land acquisition; the total estimated value is 199/241 billion VND; branch lines 1 and 2 are basically completed, the remaining section km1 473-km1 579 about 96m of branch 1 has not completed land acquisition through Binh An village, Dong Tho commune and Man Xa village, Van Mon commune; the total estimated value is 180.5/234 billion VND.
Regarding the renovation and upgrade of the old DT.277, the stretch from Ha Lang railway through the gate of Hanaka industrial park to the intersection of Trang Ha ward (Tu Son city) has been finished and put into use; the overall implementation value is expected to be VND 5 billion.

Based on the opinions of departments, branches, localities, and investors, Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong requested that the People's Committee of Yen Phong district preside over and direct functional departments to hire consulting units to promptly determine land prices, post, publicize, and pay compensation to 12 households within the scope of branch line No. 1 by the Lunar New Year 2025.
Regarding resettlement areas, the Vice Chairman urged that Yen Phong district take proactive actions to ensure that when the province's land price list is authorized, it is implemented immediately. Regarding the conversion of the street lighting system from electricity to solar power, as well as the issue of recording revenue and expenditure... the investor completes the documentation and delivers them to the appropriate departments and agencies... to report to the Provincial People's Committee in December 2024.
The Vice Chairman requested that the investor coordinate with relevant departments, branches, and the Yen Phong District People's Committee to complete the tasks as soon as possible, focus resources, commit to speeding up the implementation process, and put the project into operation.
