Bac Ninh: In first 6 months of 2026, receiving and resolving over 1.27 million administrative procedure dossiers

(BNP) - In the first 6 months of 2026, the receipt and resolution of administrative procedures in Bac Ninh province continues to be implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses, and promoting digital transformation in the operations of state administrative agencies.


In the first 6 months, the whole province receives and resolves 1,272,810 administrative procedure dossiers, of which the provincial level receives 412,359 dossiers, and the commune level receives 860,451 dossiers.

According to statistics from departments, sectors, and localities, in the first 6 months, the whole province received and resolved 1,272,810 administrative procedure dossiers, of which the provincial level received and resolved 412,359 dossiers, and the commune level received and resolved 860,451 dossiers.

At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, the rate of online dossiers reached a high level, with 404,825 dossiers, accounting for 98.2% of the total received dossiers; in-person dossiers stood at 7,534. As a result, the Center resolved 405,471 dossiers, reaching 98% of the received dossiers; among which, 405,332 dossiers were resolved ahead of schedule and on time. Currently, 6,888 dossiers are within the resolution timeframe. During the period, 143 overdue dossiers, 23 dossiers requiring supplementation, 14,396 returned dossiers, and 35,458 interconnected dossiers occurred.

At the commune level, localities received 860,451 dossiers, including 735,947 online dossiers, accounting for 86%; 124,504 dossiers were received in person. The units resolved 853,924 dossiers, reaching 99%; among which, 850,894 dossiers were resolved ahead of schedule and on time. Currently, 6,527 dossiers are being resolved according to regulations. The whole province recorded 980 overdue dossiers at the commune level; in addition, there were 1,238 dossiers requiring supplementation, 33,801 returned dossiers, and 131,980 interconnected dossiers.

The above results show that the implementation of online public services in the province continues to achieve positive results, with the province-wide online dossier receipt rate reaching 86% or higher. This clearly reflects the effectiveness of communication and guidance for people and businesses to use digital platforms in performing administrative procedures; at the same time, it contributes to reducing travel time and costs, and enhancing openness and transparency in the dossier resolution process.

Thereby, levels, sectors, and localities in the province have continued to effectively maintain the operations of Public Administration Service Centers at all levels; accelerated the receipt and resolution of dossiers in the electronic environment; and increased the rate of online public service usage. Notably, the rate of dossiers resolved ahead of schedule and on time continues to be maintained at a high level, contributing to increasing the satisfaction level of people and businesses with the service of state administrative agencies.

In the coming time, Bac Ninh province will continue to implement solutions to improve the quality of administrative procedure resolution; strengthen the digitization of dossiers and administrative procedure resolution results; promote data reuse; and enhance the efficiency of online public service provision, aiming towards building a modern, open, and transparent administration that serves people and businesses better and better./.
