Promoting digital transformation and improving quality of administrative procedure resolution

(BNP) - In the first six months of 2026, the Bac Ninh Provincial Public Administrative Service Center continued to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in resolving administrative procedures, ensuring smooth system operation and improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses. Many key tasks were implemented synchronously, contributing to the modernization of the administrative system, promoting administrative procedure reform and building a digital government.

The Provincial Public Administrative Service Center completed the creation and authorization of 4,076 accounts for officials in 99 communes and wards and 13 departments and agencies on the province's Administrative Procedure Resolution Coordination System.

In the first six months of the year, the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center effectively managed and operated the province's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System, ensuring stable and continuous operation. To date, 100% of provincial and commune-level administrative procedures have been configured with electronic processes; 100% of beneficiary accounts for fee and charge payments on the National Public Service Portal have been established for agencies, units, and localities, and the restructuring of processes according to the new operating model has been completed.

The Center has also completed the creation and authorization of 4,076 accounts for officials in 99 communes and wards and 13 departments and agencies on the province's administrative procedure coordination system; published and established 49 specific administrative procedures of the province on the national database of administrative procedures; and completed the configuration for 49 communes and wards after the reorganization of their organizational structures.

Technical support is maintained regularly, promptly resolving difficulties for units and localities. On average, the Center provides support for about 200 requests per day related to system login, account configuration, and technical issues. Simultaneously, over 5,000 direct and online support sessions were provided to officials, citizens, and businesses, and over 250 system accounts were unlocked.

From May 30th to June 16th, 2026, the province's administrative procedure coordination system recorded 27,120 dossiers, including 5,481 newly registered dossiers, 5,060 dossiers received, 7,965 dossiers under processing, 2,513 dossiers awaiting results, and 5,797 dossiers completed and results returned.
