By March 2026, the project underwent its third adjustment, finalizing all conditions for implementation and becoming ready for operation starting from the first quarter of 2026. The project aimed to establish a modern electronic equipment manufacturing facility to serve both domestic and export markets.

The factory covered a total land area of nearly 19,000 m², including production zones, warehouses, and synchronized auxiliary facilities, with a total investment of approximately 689 billion VND (equivalent to 27 million USD). The project's primary products were various types of display screens, with a capacity of about 3.6 million products per year, supplying the consumer electronics, smart device, and high-tech industrial sectors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh stated that Bac Ninh province was set to become a major hub for glass manufacturing, including conductive glass—a field being a core strength of Token Sciences. In the context of increasingly popular smart devices, the demand for display products was forecasted to continue rising sharply in the coming time. He emphasized that the province was currently home to many major corporations such as Apple, Samsung, and Tesla, which could potentially utilize the company's products. The company's investment in Bac Ninh was considered highly suitable, contributing to the completion of the supply chain from base components to final products for global brands.

The Vice Chairman affirmed that the province would provide close attention and favorable conditions, identifying the company as a strategic investor. He requested the business to proactively report any difficulties or obstacles to provincial leaders for timely consideration and resolution. Furthermore, he encouraged the enterprise to soon implement a rooftop solar power system to enhance energy efficiency and move towards sustainable development.

Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh expressed his hope that the company would implement the project effectively, continue to expand its investment, and maintain a long-term commitment to accompanying the development of Bac Ninh province./.
